WRONGFUL DEATH BICYCLE ACCIDENT

A bicyclist was killed as the result of a rear impact from a pickup truck driver.  A witness testified that the pickup truck was over the fog line at the point of impact.  We were asked to illustrate the expert's opinion on the sequence of impact and how the defendant's statement was not consistent with the accident scene measurements and physical evidence.  The animation clearly showed how much room the defendant would have had to go around the bicyclist.
