SLIP AND FALL ANIMATION

A slip and fall animation is effective at mediation and trial only if it can hold up to scrutiny.  If it can be visualized accurately, animation shows compelling viewpoints and enhances an expert's opinion.  A properly presented animation will hold the interest of a viewer for the duration of your presentation.  No small feat with the lack of attention span and viewer’s affinity for constant visual stimulation from their phones and tablets.

The combination of both testimony and animation becomes extremely powerful with a viewer basing their decision on the expert's testimony and the emotional impact of being in the plaintiff's shoes. Instantly, animation puts a viewer at the scene and helps demonstrate how the accident happened and why they should care.
