COUP CONTRECOUP TRACK WRECK INJURIES A tractor trailer in a hurry to make an early morning delivery in heavy rain cut a turn too close, trapping a passenger car and it's three occupants between traffic and the side of his trailer as he occupied their travel lane. There was no way to avoid the impact and resulting physical damages the car's driver suffered. Rosen Hagood in Charleston, SC requested our help in presenting a dynamic and compelling set of storyboards for use at trial. Our board certified medical illustrator created exhibits linking the driver's extensive damages to the mechanism of injury, connecting the dots from the trailer trapping the car and forcing it up several feet and dropping it, to the extensive injuries the plaintiff suffered.
The plaintiff prevailed and the case was settled for a confidential amount.
